# eFlow Class 3.0 Product Specifications

The eFlow Class 3.0 is the flagship model of [[wiki/clients/crazy-lennys/_index|Crazy Lenny's]] in-house **eFlow** brand, developed from the "Taiwan Ease" project. These specifications were finalized during the [[wiki/clients/crazy-lennys/meetings/2023-review-2024-marketing-strategy|2023 Review & 2024 Marketing Strategy]] meeting and are the basis for the updated sales sheet.

> **Note:** The following specs supersede any prior draft sales sheet. Several fields (controller, protection mechanism, charging time, vehicle size) were explicitly removed at Steve Lindenau's direction.

## Removed / Omitted Fields

The following fields were present in an earlier draft but were removed per client instruction:

- Controller
- Protection mechanism
- Charging time
- Vehicle size (length × width × height)

---

## Context & Positioning

- The eFlow Class 3.0 is positioned as a **commuter bike** targeting young professionals. Steve specifically called it out as ideal for Epic Systems employees commuting ~6 miles to campus.
- First batch of bikes arrived approximately three weeks before the strategy meeting. Additional inventory is incoming.
- The brand is being built through the Crazy Lenny's retail store first; a **dedicated eFlow website is planned for Q1 2024**.
- Steve's current intent is **not** to wholesale to other retailers, preferring to build brand equity through direct store sales.

## Sales Sheet Action Items

- [ ] Karly to update the eFlow Class 3.0 sales sheet with the specs above and remove flagged fields
- [ ] Send updated sheet to Steve for final review; then deliver print-ready files
