# Agility Recovery RISE360 Module Development

Ongoing documentation of the RISE360 course build for Agility Recovery's new hire sales onboarding program (SOAR — Sales Optimization and Readiness). Covers module structure, content distribution targets, collaboration workflow, and version control practices.

## Project Overview

The project consists of **10 modules** built in Articulate RISE360, covering Agility Recovery's products, services, sales process, and company background. Modules are developed by the Asymmetric team (Mark Hope, Isalia Ramirez, Raphael) with subject matter input from Gus Donelson (Agility Recovery).

**Key contacts:**
- Gus Donelson — SME and project owner (Agility Recovery)
- Mark Hope — Project lead (Asymmetric)
- Isalia Ramirez — Instructional designer (Asymmetric)
- Raphael — Course builder (Asymmetric)

**Cadence:** Weekly Friday touchpoints established as standing calls.

## Module Status

| Module | Status | Notes |
|--------|--------|-------|
| Module 1 | 🔴 Rebuild required | Got scrambled; old version was visible to Gus via Review 360. Republished Oct 2025. Comments from email + Word doc need consolidation. |
| Module 2 | 🟡 Awaiting review | Gus had no access until this call; no comments yet. |
| Module 3 | 🟡 Comments pending resolution | Gus's comments present; Isalia worked from Word doc — comments not yet resolved in RISE. |
| Modules 4–10 | 🟡 Awaiting review | Newly shared with Gus as collaborator. |

## Content Distribution Targets

The team is maintaining a deliberate distribution of block types across all modules to create a varied, engaging learning experience:

| Block Type | Count (target) |
|---|---|
| Text blocks | 42 |
| Knowledge checks | 22 |
| Interactive tabs | 15 |
| Interactive accordions | 12 |
| Statement blocks | 12 |

**Design principle:** ~60% standard content blocks; remainder interactive. Avoid over-gamification ("too much interaction gets too busy") while ensuring sufficient engagement variety.

## Collaboration Workflow

### Single Source of Truth: RISE360

As of this sync, the team aligned on **RISE360 as the sole platform for feedback and collaboration**. Previous workflow had fragmented feedback across:
- Email (Gus's comments went to his personal Gmail)
- Word documents (Isalia's revision tracking)
- Review 360 (limited by Gus's non-licensed viewer status)

**Going forward:** All comments, revisions, and resolutions happen inside RISE360 directly.

### Access Model

Gus does not hold an Articulate license. The correct sharing method is adding him as a **Collaborator/Editor** in RISE360 (not via Review 360's "Request Review" flow, which treats him as an unlicensed viewer and does not surface content in his dashboard).

**Lesson learned:** "Share" in RISE360 → add as Collaborator gives Gus full comment and edit access. "Publish to Review" + "Request Review" sends email links but does not populate his Review 360 queue reliably.

### Comment Resolution Protocol

- When a comment is addressed, the resolver checks the **Resolve** checkbox in RISE360
- Gus to resolve his own open comments in Module 3 (previously addressed verbally or in Word doc)
- Isalia to resolve comments she actioned from the Word document directly in RISE360

## Visual Assets

### SharePoint Marketing Collateral Folder
Gus provided access to an Agility Recovery SharePoint folder containing:
- Logos and brand assets
- Marketing collateral (textures, product imagery)
- MRC (Mobile Recovery Center) photos — sourced from the 2025 Bootcamp product PowerPoint

**Access note:** Asymmetric only has access to the public Training folder. Private marketing and product folders require Gus to retrieve specific assets on request.

### Image Guidance
- Generic disaster imagery (e.g., flooded streets, Superstorm Sandy) is acceptable for contextual scenes
- More diverse, role-relevant imagery still needed across modules
- Gus will source specific images on request rather than requiring the team to search SharePoint

---

## Upcoming Content: Testimonials & Case Studies

Gus is compiling a **living reference document** containing:
- Customer testimonials (sourced from Agility Recovery website)
- Case studies
- Video walkthroughs (including a 3-minute MRC walkthrough video set up for a bank member test)
- References by industry/segment (to enable sellers to self-serve social proof)

**Intent:** Reduce reliance on live customer references during the sales process. Sellers can share recorded testimonials and case study links instead of cold-calling references.

This content will be embedded in relevant modules as videos or linked resources.

---

## New Sales Process: "The Agility Way"

Gus is developing a new sales process framework to be visualized and built into the course:

- **Name:** The Agility Way
- **Structure:** 6 core behaviors (displayed throughout all interactions) + a 6–7 step process (pre-call, during call, meeting setup, objection handling, etc.)
- **Format:** Non-linear / sandbox — steps may be executed out of order depending on prospect conversation

**Next step:** Gus will sketch a rough process flow (even hand-drawn) and send to Mark. Asymmetric designers will produce a polished visual representation for use in the module.

---

## AI-Assisted Content Development

The team uses a custom AI project trained on Agility Recovery source documents (product catalog, case studies, training presentations, guides) to generate module content. The AI cites source files, enabling the team to catch outdated or incorrect information (e.g., references to "Preparis," a former brand name that is no longer active).

**Maintenance note:** Remove irrelevant files from the project (e.g., AFAM grief/trauma guidebook). Add new files as Gus provides them; notify team when the source library is updated.
