# Elevate Continuous Education Program

## Overview

Elevate is a planned continuous education initiative for the Agility Recovery sales team, designed to follow the foundational SOAR onboarding program. Where SOAR covers the first two weeks of a new hire's ramp, Elevate provides ongoing monthly learning to build skills and product knowledge over time.

The program was described by Gus Donelson (Agility Recovery's learning leader) during the SOAR Project Handover Kickoff as a future scope item — not yet formally contracted, but a clear next engagement opportunity.

> "SOAR is that foundational two weeks, and then Elevate would be the pieces that we do continuous education after the fact." — Gus Donelson

## Program Design

### Cadence
- **Frequency:** Monthly sessions
- **Audience:** Agility Recovery sales team

### Format Options
Sessions are not locked to a single modality. Gus indicated flexibility across:
- **E-learning** (self-paced modules)
- **Video** (recorded or AI-generated)
- **Instructor-led training (ILT)**

### Content Focus Areas
- Soft skills development
- Product training
- Sales skill-building

### Goal
Build a reusable **content library** that supports ongoing training without requiring net-new production each month. The library model is important given that Gus is the sole internal learning resource at Agility Recovery (~83 employees).

## Relationship to SOAR

Elevate is explicitly positioned as the post-onboarding layer of a two-phase learning architecture:

| Phase | Program | Timing | Focus |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | SOAR | First ~2 weeks | Foundational onboarding for new sales hires |
| 2 | Elevate | Monthly, ongoing | Continuous skill and product education |

SOAR 2.0 (a planned refresh of the foundational content with more engaging formats) is a separate but related initiative. See SOAR 2.0 Content Strategy.

---

## Tooling Considerations

Gus is piloting **Vyond** (AI video creation software) as a potential production tool for more engaging content — both for SOAR 2.0 and Elevate. Vyond is being evaluated because:
- It lowers the skill barrier for video production
- It can produce more engaging content than Articulate Rise alone
- Gus can operate it without deep technical expertise

See Vyond for more on this tool evaluation.

## Status

**Pre-scope / Future Opportunity** — Elevate has not been formally scoped or contracted as of the April 2026 handover kickoff. It was surfaced as a strategic direction Gus wants to pursue once SOAR is complete.

Key dependency: SOAR must ship before Elevate planning begins in earnest.
