## Finalization Timeline

- **Target:** All modules finalized the week of 2025-11-24 (Thanksgiving week, while client is out)
- **V1 Launch:** January 11 sales kickoff — introduce the program to the existing sales team and establish it as the onboarding path for new hires going forward
- **Process:** Isalia publishes finalized modules for Gus to do a final review pass upon return (December 1)

## Module Status

| Module | Status | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Verticals Part 1 | In progress | Minor comments; nearly complete |
| Verticals Part 2 | In progress | Few comments; nearly complete |
| Prospecting & Research | **On hold** | Internal process has changed; content is outdated. Do not delete — retain for future revision |
| Presentation & Communication Skills | **Revamp needed** | Gus provided significant feedback; Isalia to do a complete rework |
| Sign & Declare | In progress | Gus provided updated deck; Isalia reviewing |
| All other modules | Finalizing | Incorporating feedback from Gus's review pass |

### Hold Decision: Prospecting & Research

The "Prospecting and Research" module describes a prospecting process that has since changed — reps no longer self-direct their prospecting approach; the process is now prescribed. The module content is therefore outdated but contains reusable material.

**Decision:** Place on hold. Do not delete. Revisit when the new process is stable enough to document.

## Content Standards & Updates

### Terminology Changes

Apply globally across all Rise360 modules:

| Old Term | New Term |
|---|---|
| Agility Planner | My Agility |
| Cyber Security / Cyber Security | Cyber Resilience |
| Vendor | Salesperson |
| Customer | Member or Prospect |

- **Member** and **Prospect** should be capitalized throughout for emphasis (non-standard but intentional per client preference)

### Acronym Handling

- Define all acronyms fully on **first use within each course** — do not assume carry-over from a prior module
- Example: "Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR)" on first mention; "BC/DR" thereafter within that course
- Regulations sections in particular tend to introduce many abbreviations — flag and define each

### SOAR Program References

- Mention SOAR in early modules (e.g., "Welcome to SOAR") where it serves as orientation context
- Do **not** require SOAR in every module title — naming convention should reflect the module topic, not the program wrapper
- Example: "Verticals Part 2" is preferred over "SOAR Verticals Part 2"
- SOAR will grow in organizational prominence over time; for V1, treat it as a light framing device

### "What You'll Learn" Sections

- Include in every module for structural consistency
- Keep concise: **fewer than 10–15 bullets** — combine or cut where AI-generated content has over-enumerated
- Structure: intro → "What You'll Learn" → content → quick recap

### External Links

- Do not add external links as a default pattern
- Where a learner might want to explore further, use the notation: **"Learn more? Search in Co-Pilot."**
- This keeps learners in familiar internal tooling and avoids link rot

### Asset References in Examples

- Use **asset type** (e.g., "MRC," "generator"), not specific unit IDs (e.g., "unit 427," "generator 89")
- Rationale: unit numbers are internal operational identifiers that will change and mean nothing to new hires

### Formatting Pass Checklist

When finalizing each module, verify:
- [ ] Capitalization consistent (titles, roles, key terms)
- [ ] Bold, hyphens, and punctuation applied consistently
- [ ] Acronyms defined on first use
- [ ] Terminology updated (see table above)
- [ ] "What You'll Learn" present and concise
- [ ] External links replaced with Co-Pilot note where applicable
- [ ] Asset examples use type names, not unit numbers
- [ ] Pictures, quotes, and case studies added where content is thin

## Branding & Visuals

### Current Status: Paused

Agility's marketing team has a long-term graphic designer (7+ years) who owns all brand assets — website, collateral, marketing materials. This designer was not initially looped in.

**Decision:** Pause custom visual development. Gus has shared existing examples and the Asymmetric-produced visuals with the graphic designer, who will produce course visuals that match the website look and feel. Asymmetric will incorporate those assets once delivered.

### Product Renaming (Pending)

All product names are being renamed due to a copyright conflict. Affected names include:
- Ready Power
- Ready Fuel
- Ready [other variants]
- MRC / MRU designations

**Impact:** Course content referencing these product names will require an update pass once new names are finalized. For V1, use generic asset-type language (MRC, generator) rather than brand names where possible to reduce future rework.

## Related Decisions

- Four Storyline tool-training courses are planned as a companion to the Rise360 curriculum → [[knowledge/elearning/storyline-tool-training-courses]]
- Three video projects (Welcome to Agility, SOAR Graduation, Day in the Life) will be embedded or linked as supplementary content → [[knowledge/elearning/video-production-projects]]
