# SOAR Module Status — Courses 1–13

Status snapshot as of the December 10, 2025 touch-base between Gus Donelson ([[wiki/clients/agility-recovery/index]]) and Isalia Ramirez. All 13 courses are accounted for across four status buckets.

## Courses 1–10: Sent for Review

All ten courses have been sent to Gus for review. As of the meeting, Gus had reviewed all except **Agility Story** and **Vertical Solutions Part 1**, which he committed to completing by EOD that day.

### High-Restructure Modules

Three courses required significantly more editorial work than the rest and were flagged for closer review:

| Course | Module Name | Notes |
|--------|-------------|-------|
| Course 4 | Product Intro Part 2 | Substantial restructuring applied |
| Course 6 | Agility Sales | Substantial restructuring applied |
| Course 10 | Vertical Solutions Part 1 | Substantial restructuring applied; pending Gus review |

Gus's review process for these involved deciding between leaving content as-is versus combining or reorganizing sections. Some were approved with minor comments; others required back-and-forth.

## Courses 11–13: In Progress

These three courses were separated out due to the depth of restructuring required. A colleague of Isalia's is handling development. Target delivery to Gus was the following day (December 11).

| Course | Module Name | Status |
|--------|-------------|--------|
| Course 11 | Verticals Part 2 | Being streamlined — was over time limit |
| Course 12 | Post-Sale Follow-up | Being streamlined — was over time limit |
| Course 13 | Presentation | Being restructured for 102-level content (per Gus's direction) |

The Verticals Part 2 and Post-Sale Follow-up modules exceeded the target time limit and required content consolidation. The Presentation module needed a conceptual elevation from introductory (101) to intermediate (102) framing.

## Course 7: On Hold

**Prospect Researching** (Course 7) is currently paused. No development activity is underway and no timeline for resumption was discussed.

## Course 8: Copilot Module — In Development

See [[wiki/knowledge/elearning/copilot-module-course-8-storyline-design]] for full design notes. Key status points:

- Approved at **~30–35 minutes** to accommodate three Storyline scenarios
- Blocked by Mac/Storyline incompatibility — resolved by using a Windows machine
- Three scenarios confirmed: (1) finding internal resources, (2) prompt writing for prospect research, (3) complete pre-call workflow

## Course 9: The Agility Way — Complete

**The Agility Way** (Course 9, focused on the six pillars) is complete and already in active use. Gus has rolled it out to several teams. No further development needed; Isalia can review it for reference but it is not in the revision queue.

## Time Limit Policy

Most courses target **~15 minutes**. Exceptions are permitted for complex, skills-heavy content (e.g., Copilot, Salesforce). The guiding principle is learner cognitive load — Gus noted that attention tends to drop around the 20-minute mark, so any overages should be intentional and justified by content complexity.
