# AviaryAI: SendGrid Email Drip Campaign

## Overview

AviaryAI is launching an automated email drip campaign via SendGrid as part of a broader ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategy. The campaign design and build are owned by Sebastian Gant, with a target launch of early the week of 2026-02-09. The drip campaign is blocked on two prerequisites: a completed ABM playbook and resolved SendGrid team login credentials.

## Campaign Design Intent

The drip campaign is the automation layer of a step-by-step ABM playbook being developed in parallel. The playbook defines the full outreach sequence — e.g., LinkedIn outreach → email funnel — and the drip campaign operationalizes the email portion of that flow.

Key design goals:
- **Lead consistency:** Ensure Aaron Grossman receives leads at a predictable, defined stage of the funnel
- **Sequenced outreach:** Complement direct LinkedIn outreach with a structured email follow-up series
- **Account enrichment:** Contacts will be enriched before entering the sequence

The campaign structure will be finalized once the ABM playbook is complete, as the playbook defines what triggers entry into the drip and what each stage looks like.

- **Builder:** Sebastian Gant
- **Credentials:** Managed by Aaron Grossman's team; a team-level login is required for Sebastian to access the account

### SendGrid Access Issue

As of 2026-02-04, Sebastian cannot log into SendGrid using the team email as a username. Aaron received a temporary password (expires in 7 days) from an internal contact, but the credentials are not functioning for the team account. Aaron is investigating the correct login method.
