2. **LinkedIn connections** — approximately 3,100 connections to be exported by Federica into a spreadsheet

### Upload Process

Quarra will provide a **spreadsheet** of contacts. Asymmetric (Karly) will:
- Upload the spreadsheet directly into Salesforce, eliminating the need for manual entry by Quarra
- Clarify with Federica which contacts should be added to Salesforce vs. used for this mailing only

### Why Account Engagement

Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) is used rather than a direct send because it enables:
- Delivery to the full contact list in a single send
- **Engagement tracking** — click-through rates, open rates, and individual contact activity
- Consistent sender identity tied to Quarra's Salesforce instance
