## Known Configuration Tasks

### Access & User Management

A company restructuring in late September/early October 2025 triggered several access cleanup items:

- **Jay Gardner** (departed): Remove access from all systems — HubSpot, social media, and any remaining portals
- **KLH sales partner** (closing operations): Remove or reassign HubSpot contacts associated with the KLH domain; target date was mid-October 2025 (around the 15th)
  - Contacts with `KLH.com` domain to be deactivated or reassigned to unassigned/generic owner

### Lead Reassignment

Following the departure of Jay Gardner and the closure of the KLH sales partner:
- Leads previously owned by Jay or KLH reps need to be reassigned or moved to an unassigned queue
- Miriam and Jacob Framson have split U.S. territory coverage (Jacob: East/New England; Miriam: West Coast)
- HubSpot ownership records should reflect this territorial split

## Lead Process Recommendations (Pending Review)

Miriam submitted a lead process/sequence recommendation document in early September 2025. Key themes expected to be discussed on October 9:

- Inbound lead routing and follow-up sequences
- How leads from the dealer portal, website forms, and ad campaigns flow into HubSpot
- Sales pipeline stage definitions appropriate for Citrus America's B2B sales cycle
- Integration with the dealer/sales portal (separate system managed by Asymmetric)

> **Note:** Full details of the recommendation document were not captured in this meeting. The October 9 call is the venue for detailed review.

---

## Integration Points

| System | Notes |
|---|---|
| Dealer/Sales Portal | Separate system; access managed by Asymmetric (Melissa Cusumano). KLH domain users to be removed by ~Oct 15. |
| Google Ads | Campaigns driving commercial juicer and branded traffic; conversions tracked. Competitor campaign paused as of this meeting. |
| Website / Landing Pages | Competitor landing pages (ZoomX, ZoomO) being revised; expected to improve ad campaign efficiency once updated. See [[knowledge/seo/competitor-landing-pages]]. |
