# Adava Care — Location Page Updates

## Overview

During the [[clients/adava-care/_index|Adava Care]] marketing sync on 2026-01-21, the team reviewed the status of location page updates and aligned on two new content sections to be added across all location pages. The updates are designed to address common prospect questions and highlight a key competitive differentiator.

## Status

| Location | Status |
|---|---|
| Irish Road | ✅ Updated — new copy, pricing table, FAQs |
| Heartland | ✅ Updated — new copy, pricing table, FAQs |
| Fardale | 🔄 Copy drafted, pending review |
| Magnolia | 🔄 Copy drafted, pending review |
| Wabash | 🔄 Copy drafted, pending review |
| Glendale | 🔄 Copy drafted, pending review |
| Oak Creek | 🔄 Copy drafted, pending review |
| St. Francis | 🔄 Copy drafted, pending review |

All six remaining pages have drafted copy and will be updated to match the structure of the first two completed pages.

## New Sections to Add (All Pages)

### 1. Medicaid Information

Prospects frequently ask whether Adava Care accepts Medicaid. Rather than leaving this unanswered — which risks turning away qualified leads — all location pages will include a section acknowledging Medicaid options.

**Rationale:** Even pages optimized for private-pay audiences should not actively exclude Medicaid inquirers. Addressing the question directly reduces friction and reflects the actual intake reality.

### 2. No Minimum Stay Policy

Adava Care does not require a minimum private-pay period before a resident can transition to Medicaid — a meaningful differentiator in the assisted living market, where competitors commonly require one to two years of private pay.

**Rationale:** This policy is a genuine competitive advantage and a common decision factor for families. Surfacing it prominently on location pages can improve conversion among prospects who have been turned away or discouraged elsewhere.

> "What about adding something about how there's no minimum requirement of number of months? Like that's a really common one year or two years of requiring private pay. I think that would be good." — Kurosh Dejgosha

## Page Structure (Completed Pages Reference)

The Irish Road and Heartland pages serve as the template. Key elements include:

- **Expanded copy** — more descriptive content about the location and community
- **Pricing table** — starting rates presented in a structured table format
- **FAQ section** — targets common search queries and supports local SEO
- **Location photos** — all images updated and optimized for header display

The six remaining pages will follow this same structure, with the Medicaid and no-minimum-stay sections added to all eight pages (including the two already live).
