# ClickUp New Workspace Structure Guide

## Overview

The Asymmetric team is migrating to a new ClickUp workspace structure. The migration is scheduled for the weekend of 2026-02-01, after which all new tasks must be created in the new workspace. The old and new workspaces will remain in sync during the transition period to avoid disruption.

Isalia Ramirez is leading the rollout, including onboarding materials and training sessions.

## Migration Timeline

| Milestone | Date |
|---|---|
| Workspace migration | Weekend of ~2026-02-01 |
| New structure goes live for new tasks | Saturday after migration |
| General training sessions | Early February |
| Old/new workspace sync period | During transition |

## Onboarding Materials

Before training sessions begin, Isalia will produce a **Loom video** walking the team through the new workspace structure. This video should be reviewed by all team members prior to attending a training session.

Training sessions are being scheduled for **later time slots** to accommodate team members across time zones.

## Team Action Items

- **All team members:** Switch to the new ClickUp structure for all new tasks starting the Saturday of migration weekend. Do not create new tasks in the old workspace after that point.
- **Isalia:**
  - Create Loom video explaining the new workspace structure before training begins.
  - Identify later training time slots to accommodate the full team.
  - Conduct two general training sessions in early February.

## Related Decisions

This migration was discussed during the [[meetings/2026-01-29-team-stand-up|2026-01-29 Team Stand Up]]. No specific details about the new workspace structure were shared in the meeting; the Loom video and training sessions are the designated channels for that information.
