## Rationale

By the time a prospect books a call, they have typically:
- Seen the outreach message from a PEMA.io BDR
- Reviewed the BDR's LinkedIn profile (optimized with Asymmetric's information)
- Expressed interest by accepting the connection and agreeing to a meeting

However, prospects often arrive on the first call without a clear sense of what Asymmetric does or what to expect — leading to an awkward opening dynamic where the prospect expects a pitch and Mark Hope (Asymmetric) is trying to run discovery. The warm-up video addresses this by delivering a lightweight orientation before the call occurs.
