# BluePoint Website Content Audit & Restructuring

Identified during the [[wiki/clients/bluepointatm/_index|BluePoint ATM]] November 2025 marketing review, the website had several content organization issues and live errors requiring immediate fixes and a broader restructuring effort. ## Immediate Fixes

### Broken Homepage Phone Number

The homepage was displaying two non-working phone numbers (540-253-1668 and a 720-xxx-xxxx number). The number changed depending on browser cache state, indicating an active but misconfigured call-tracking system — most likely [[wiki/knowledge/tools/callrail|CallRail]] performing dynamic number swapping.

**Resolution:**
- Replace both numbers with Mike Stebbins' direct number as a temporary placeholder
- Investigate CallRail configuration with Mark Hope to determine the correct tracking number setup
- Add a new CallRail number once configuration is confirmed

### Garbled Homepage Copy

The homepage contained a broken sentence: *"The call us at ready to elevate your payment solutions with BluePoint ATM."*

**Resolution:** Delete the fragment "The call us at" — the corrected sentence reads: *"Ready to elevate your payment solutions with BluePoint ATM."*

This fix was applied live during the meeting by Melissa Cusumano.

## Content Restructuring Plan

The Blog/News page was identified as a mixed-content problem: Asymmetric-authored blog posts, third-party news items, and white papers were all co-mingled in a single section with no clear taxonomy.

Wade Zirkle raised a broader concern: website edits were going live with errors (garbled copy, broken phone numbers) that should have been caught before client review. Specific requests:
