# BluePoint NY Compliance — Landing Page Specifications

Landing page design and copy decisions for the BluePoint ATM New York cash acceptance law compliance campaign. The page's sole purpose is to capture form submissions in exchange for the Compliance Guide.

---

## Purpose

Drive form submissions for the **NY Compliance Guide**. All paid traffic (LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads) routes to this page. The page should eliminate distractions and funnel visitors directly to the lead capture form.

---

## Hero Section

### Headline (approved format)

```
Ensure New York cash acceptance law compliance
Deadline: March 20th, 2026
```

- "Deadline" appears on its own line, capitalized, to create urgency
- Design team to determine whether bold, italic, or both — prioritize legibility
- Hero text must be large enough to read clearly; increase font size from original draft

### Background Image

- New York State imagery (same treatment as the NY State page)

---

## Layout & Design

### Icons

- **Remove all four icons.** They distract from the form CTA and clutter the hero area.
- Removing icons frees space to increase hero text size.

### Color / Typography

- Hero text: increase font size; ensure high contrast against background
- Design team to finalize bold/italic treatment once icons are removed

---

## Calls to Action

### Primary CTA Button

- **Label:** `Download Compliance Guide`
  - *(Not "Compliance Checklist" — update button text to match)*
- **Behavior:** Anchor link — scrolls the visitor down to the on-page lead capture form
- No external navigation; keeps the user on the page

### Secondary Link

- **Label:** `Learn More`
- **Destination:** Main BluePoint ATM website (`bluepointatm.com`)
- De-emphasized; the primary goal is form submission, not site exploration

---

## Lead Capture Form

- Simple form; no additional fields beyond what was originally scoped
- On submission: redirect to a **Thank You page**
  - Style after existing BluePoint contact form confirmation pages
  - Copy: confirm submission received, guide will be delivered via email

---

## Phone / CallRail Integration

- A dedicated **CallRail number** with a **607 area code** (New York) is assigned to this page
- Forwards to **Mike Stebbins**
- The 607 number appears in:
  - The page header/hero area
  - The simplified footer (alongside Mike's contact info)

---

## Footer

- Simplified footer only (not the full site footer)
- Contains: Mike Stebbins' name/contact info + 607 CallRail number

---

## Deployment

| Task | Owner | Due |
|---|---|---|
| Implement icon removal, CTA text, anchor link, hero text edits | Karly Oykhman (AAG) | ASAP |
| Build Thank You / confirmation page | Karly Oykhman (AAG) | With above |
| Push finalized page to developer | Karly Oykhman (AAG) | Friday |

---

## Key Decisions

- **Icons removed** — consensus in call; Mike and Wade agreed they distract from the lead-gen goal
- **"Compliance Guide" not "Compliance Checklist"** — naming standardized across page copy and CTA button
- **Anchor link CTA** — button scrolls to on-page form rather than linking to a separate URL, reducing drop-off
- **Dedicated landing page for all paid traffic** — both LinkedIn and Google Ads point here, not to the main website or blog
- **Blog is separate** — the blog post targets organic/SEO traffic; this page targets paid traffic only (see [[knowledge/website/bluepoint-ny-compliance-blog]])
