# Quaritalia Website Project Blockers & Timeline

## Overview

As of the November 2025 marketing review, the Quaritalia website project is actively in development but blocked on two fronts: an unresolved past-due invoice and missing project content from the Italian team. A critical sync was scheduled for **Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at 8 AM EST (2 PM Italy time)** to address both issues simultaneously while Lincoln Durham is on-site in Italy.

## Active Blockers

### 1. Past-Due Invoice
Asymmetric (AAG) flagged an outstanding invoice from Quarra Italia that had not been resolved at the time of the meeting. This was identified as a prerequisite to unblocking further development work. Lincoln Durham committed to addressing payment directly while on-site in Italy during the week of November 24.

### 2. Missing Project Content from Frederica
The Quaritalia team (specifically Frederica) had not yet delivered the project content needed to populate the website. This content — covering completed stone projects — is required before the site can be finalized. AAG cannot complete the website without it.

## Progress Being Made in Parallel

Despite the blockers, AAG continued development work:

- **Melissa Cusumano** was writing copy for the site
- **The developer** was building out mock-ups that had been previously presented and approved
- AAG was not waiting on the invoice to be resolved before continuing internal work

## November 25 Sync — Critical Meeting

| Field | Detail |
|---|---|
| **Date** | Tuesday, November 25, 2025 |
| **Time** | 8:00 AM EST / 2:00 PM Italy |
| **Purpose** | Resolve past-due invoice; unblock project content delivery |
| **AAG Attendees** | Karly Oykhman, Mark, Melissa Cusumano |
| **Quarra Attendees** | Lincoln Durham (on-site in Italy), Quarra Italia team |

Lincoln's physical presence in Italy was seen as a key opportunity to cut through communication delays and ensure the Italian team understood what content was needed and that payment was resolved.

> *"I think we could just have an hour call on Tuesday the 25th between Asymmetric and Quarra Italia and I'll be there with them. And that should kind of help me kind of translate in person — what are the priorities, what needs to happen."*
> — Lincoln Durham

### Note on November 24 Meeting
The existing Monday November 24 meeting was kept on the calendar pending whether there were additional topics to cover that wouldn't be appropriate for the larger Tuesday call. It could be cancelled if not needed.

## Risks & Considerations

- **Invoice as a dependency:** If the past-due invoice is not resolved, it may create friction around continued development work, even though AAG was proceeding in good faith.
- **Content bottleneck:** Without project content from Frederica, the site cannot launch regardless of invoice status. This is the longer-tail risk.
- **Communication gap:** The Italian team's responsiveness had been slow enough that Lincoln's in-person presence was considered necessary to make progress — a signal that async communication alone was insufficient.
