# Success Stories Page — YouTube Videos and Business Logos

## Overview

The **Success Stories** page (renamed from "Business Success" during the [[wiki/clients/vcedc/_index|VCEDC]] pre-launch review) requires two categories of assets before it can be finalized: YouTube video links from Kathy and high-resolution business logos from Tracey. Neither asset set had been delivered as of the December 2 meeting.

This page is part of a navigation dropdown that also includes sub-pages for Spotlight and Business of the Year.

## Asset Requirements

### YouTube Videos

- **Owner:** Kathy Schmitz
- **Status as of 2025-12-02:** Not yet provided for the Success Stories page (only homepage videos had been supplied at that point)
- **Process:** Kathy will browse the VCEDC YouTube channel (link shared by Tracey), copy the relevant video URLs, and email them to the AAG team
- **AAG action:** Pull videos directly from YouTube using the provided links and embed them on the page

### Business Logos

- **Owner:** Tracey Pilsner
- **Status as of 2025-12-02:** Previously upscaled versions no longer available; Tracey needs to redo the upscaling
- **Source:** Logos are typically pulled from business websites, then upscaled using an image upscaling tool
- **Known challenge:** Featured businesses rarely supply high-resolution logo files directly; website grabs + upscaling is the standard workaround

## Context

This came up during the [[wiki/meetings/2025-12-02-vcedc-pre-launch-review|VCEDC Pre-Launch Review Meeting]] as part of a broader push to finalize all page content before the December 15 launch. The Success Stories page was explicitly called out as blocked on client-supplied assets.
