Isalia's vendor access to Agility's systems was revoked as part of a recent vendor access policy change. She is currently locked out of:
- Salesforce
- ZoomInfo
- SalesLoft
- SharePoint / OneDrive
- Co-Pilot (has only generic free-tier access)
Impact: Blocks all development work on the interactive Storyline Co-Pilot module and any content requiring live tool screenshots.
Resolution in progress: Gus messaged Ranjit (IT) via Teams during the call to restore access, and will contact Xerox to provision a full Co-Pilot 360 license for Isalia.

Gus: "You were already approved to be a vendor in Access Internationally, which is what they took your access. So that changed yesterday. I didn't even think about it because you were already there."

On Storyline asset strategy:
Isalia: "The workaround I'm thinking is like either have a recording if needed or a screenshot with these like interactive text boxes... So it will simulate the environment. It might look a little clunky, but..."
Gus: "We're learning. We're learning. I will take clunky, because I told Mark I wanted it."
On new hire feedback:
Gus: "He's sold generators for like 25 years. And he's like, there's one of them that talks about our plan prevents a single point of failure. He goes, it's still — we can still fail. So we probably need to change this."
