Kickoff meeting introducing Melissa Cusumano and Avoke Onorimuo as the incoming Asymmetric team on the [1] SOAR project, replacing Isalia Ramirez. Project Background

SOAR (Sales Optimization and Readiness) is Agility Recovery's foundational new-hire onboarding program, designed primarily for sales hires but intended to provide baseline organizational knowledge across all departments. Agility Recovery is an ~83-person company; Gus Donelson is the first dedicated learning professional in the organization's history.

Remaining work at time of handover:
1. Finalize the "Unlocking the Power of Co-pilot" module (in review)
2. Complete the Tech Stack module
3. Design participant and facilitator guides
4. Finalize the SOAR agenda

- Goal: build a reusable content library covering soft skills, product knowledge, and sales skills
- Cadence: monthly
- Status: not yet scoped or contracted — identified as a future opportunity
