Hazard OS App Demo — 2026-02-25

Overview

During the weekly check-in on 2026-02-25, Mark demoed Hazard OS — a custom-built app nearing completion for the Advanced H&S client. The app replaces their existing MarketSharp CRM and eliminates the manual administrative work currently handled by Gina. A showcase is planned for the March 10 client meeting.

What Hazard OS Does

Hazard OS automates the entire job lifecycle from initial site survey through final invoice, replacing a patchwork of manual processes and the MarketSharp CRM.

Context

• The app replaces MarketSharp, the client's current CRM, along with associated manual processes
• Gina (client-side admin) is the primary end user — the app is designed to reduce her manual workload significantly
• Mark worked on the app until 10pm the night before the demo; it was described as "almost ready" but not yet pushed to the production environment at time of demo
