Google Ads Activation & Conversion Setup (2026-02-10)
Overview
During the [1], Sebastian confirmed that Aviary's Google Ads campaigns had been switched from draft to live. Mark had previously completed the GTM setup but was blocked from configuring conversion goals because all campaigns were still in draft mode. With campaigns now active, conversion goal setup became the immediate next step.
What Happened
- GTM setup was completed by Mark prior to this meeting.
- Campaigns activated: Sebastian switched all Aviary Google Ads campaigns from draft to live during the call.
- Conversion goals: Mark was previously unable to configure conversion goals in Google Ads because the campaigns were in draft mode. With campaigns now live, this blocker is resolved.
- Karly introduction: Sebastian noted that Karly would be introduced to the Aviary account (tentatively the following day) as part of a broader account transition plan.
