Overview

A data consolidation error was flagged by the direct mail vendor during the week of December 29, 2025. Mike had merged Zoom info records and consolidated the data incorrectly, causing column misalignment that the vendor caught when the file was submitted. Carly has taken over management of the data cleanup effort.

What Happened

• Mike consolidated Bluepoint data (Zoom info records) and the output had misaligned columns
• The file was sent to the direct mail vendor, who flagged that the data was not lining up correctly
• Melissa initially assumed Mike had made an error, but the team worked through what the correct output should look like

Resolution

• Melissa and Carly met on Friday (December 27) to work through what data needs to be provided and in what format
• Carly is now managing the Bluepoint data cleanup going forward
• The goal is to get the correct information into the right columns for resubmission to the vendor

Ownership Change

Carly is taking over Bluepoint project management. She is returning full-time on or around January 7, 2026 (pending daycare resolution). She has been briefed on the data issue and the broader project status.
