During the Sprint 47 planning meeting on 2025-10-30, Chris flagged that follow-up tasks from his recent call with Miriam (Citrus America) had not yet been captured in ClickUp. Melissa agreed to create those tasks. Ben San Fratello is being onboarded as the account manager for Citrus America and will join a working session with Melissa to understand how HubSpot-related tasks are structured and tracked for this client.
Chris had been spearheading the Citrus America engagement and held a call with Miriam prior to the sprint meeting. The agreed-upon follow-ups from that conversation needed to be formalized in ClickUp rather than tracked informally. Melissa noted that the eventual account manager for Citrus America will likely be Paul, but Ben is stepping in to get up to speed in the interim.
Chris Østergaard: Actually, all the Citrus America stuff we discussed yesterday with Miriam, is that, do you need me to put that into ClickUp or is that somebody else's responsibility?
Melissa Cusumano: I 100% can. I just didn't know, is that separate or would you just keep on working it on this?
Chris Østergaard: I could keep on working in that task, but the follow-ups that we have agreed upon, it'd be nice to have them in there, at least that information.
Melissa Cusumano: Okay, I can do that… So with you stepping in as Citrus, maybe we meet to talk about making new tasks and stuff for Chris, so you can see what I would do with that.
