Call Tracking

Mark completed CallRail setup for Cordwainer early on the morning of the call. No blockers noted. This feeds into the broader [2] CallRail integration, which analyzes call transcripts for intent, urgency, and sales readiness.

Site Migration

The Cordwainer site was expected to have been migrated off its original WordPress install, but as of this call it had not been completed. The site uses some non-standard plugins not typically in the agency's stack, which may be a complicating factor. Mark noted it is "not a calamity" but needs to be resolved.

"I worked this morning early on getting call tracking squared away on Cordwainer… he said that that website should be migrated. It's not migrated yet. So I'm going to look at that right now." — Mark Hope

There was also a question raised about whether the plan was a straight migration or a full rebuild, given the plugin quirks. That decision appears unresolved.
