Overview

This was the final pre-launch check-in before the Cordwainer website went live. All feedback from the previous meeting had been implemented. The remaining open item — the Careers page job listings — was explicitly deferred to post-launch to avoid holding up the go-live. Ad campaigns were reviewed and performing within target ranges.

Key Decisions

Decision Detail
Website launches Thu Feb 12 Asymmetric (Mark + Sebastian) will push staging to production Thursday afternoon.
Careers page deferred Job listings will be added after launch; will not block go-live.
Google review responses out of scope Asymmetric will not respond to Google reviews. Bodo will assign this internally. Asymmetric can advise on strategy but not execution.
Meeting cadence shifts to biweekly After a quick post-launch check-in on Tue Feb 17 at 10:30 AM, meetings move to every two weeks.

Careers Page — Post-Launch Plan

The Careers page exists on the site but will launch without job listings. The process to populate it:

  1. Bodo emails Amanda (HR) and connects her with Sebastian.
  2. Amanda provides a list of open positions with whatever detail she normally publishes.
  3. Sebastian confirms the required data format with Amanda directly.
  4. Asymmetric builds the listings on the site.
  5. Application form fills route to Amanda's email.

All job types (not just managerial) can be listed. Sebastian already has Amanda's contact from a prior handbook update.

Event Flyers

Event Status
Punch of Love Finalized and live on site; email scheduled.
Caregiver Support Group Finalized and live on site; email scheduled.
Cupid Carryout Revised version due to Erica tomorrow (Feb 11) based on her feedback.
March events Design begins after Cupid Carryout is approved.

Google Review Responses

Erica raised the need to respond to all incoming Google reviews (positive and negative) — a standard reputation management best practice. The previous agency had handled this.

Decision: Asymmetric will not take on review responses. This is outside their scope given client volume. Bodo will identify an internal owner. Asymmetric remains available for strategy guidance (e.g., how to solicit more reviews, response tone/approach).
