| Decision | Detail |
|---|---|
| YouTube 2FA resolved live | Steve provided the 2FA code on the call; Karly now has upload access to the channel. |
| SMS sign-up form approved as-is | Form captures phone, email, and name with explicit opt-in checkboxes for both SMS and email. |
| Rental request form approved | Live on the rentals page; "Rent Now" button scrolls to form. Notifications go to Steve, Evan, and info@. |
| 24-hour rental lead time | Minimum 24-hour advance notice enforced on the rental form. No maximum booking window added for now. |
| No advanced booking limit (yet) | Steve wants to revisit adding a far-out booking cap later; deferred for now. |
| January SMS email campaign | Existing email subscribers cannot be auto-added to SMS list (compliance); a dedicated opt-in email will go out in January. |
New video uploads were blocked because YouTube requires login to the associated Gmail account, and 2FA sends a code to Steve's phone. Rather than coordinating over email, Karly initiated the login live on the call and Steve read the code aloud. Access granted immediately.
Karly: "I figured while we were on the call, we could probably just knock that out quickly instead of trying to connect over email with that."
