Meta Updates & Sell Sheets — Urgent (Due 2026-03-28)

Overview

Two long-overdue Didion design deliverables were flagged as urgent in the ^[1]. Both tasks have been sitting since approximately April 2nd (nearly two weeks) and must be completed by Friday, March 28 so that Sebastian can implement the meta ads and schedule a training session with Roy.

If the design team cannot deliver by Friday, Melissa will take over — but requires access to the original working files (currently only compressed JPEGs are available).

Deliverables

1. Didion Meta Ad Graphics

What: Updated graphics for Didion's Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
Owner: Design team (Łukasz / Mikhail — Didion is Mikhail's account)
Status: Blocked — Sebastian is waiting on graphics before he can implement and schedule
Fallback: Melissa will complete if design team cannot deliver; needs working files (not just JPEGs)

2. Didion Masa Narepa Sell Sheets

What: Revisions to the Masa Narepa sell sheets
Owner: Design team
Status: Overdue since ~April 2nd; marked urgent as of this stand-up
Fallback: Same as above — Melissa can step in with file access
