Doudlah Farms Landing Page Design Progress
Overview
As of the April 5, 2026 check-in between Ben San Fratello and Mark Hope, the design team has made initial progress on the Doudlah Farms landing pages. An initial mock-up for at least one page has been received and the project is moving forward. Andre was noted in the morning stand-up as actively working on related tasks.
Crazy Lenny's landing pages are next in the queue, with the possibility of beginning that work the same day.
Status
- Current phase: Design / mock-up review
- Initial mock-up: Received for at least one landing page
- Next milestone: Review and iterate on mock-ups; move toward implementation
Key Details
- Design team has delivered an initial mock-up and the project is progressing normally
- Andre (design team) confirmed working on Doudlah Farms tasks as of the morning stand-up on 2026-04-05
- Crazy Lenny's is queued immediately after Doudlah Farms
Related Context
During the same check-in, Mark and Ben discussed how to evaluate landing page success once pages go live. Key benchmarks discussed:
- B2B conversion rate targets (relevant to Doodla Farms if B2B audience): 2–5% for lead gen forms, white papers, webinars, and demos; up to 10% for high-performing pages
- UTM parameters should be implemented on all clickable elements once pages are live to enable accurate traffic source attribution in GA4
See [1] and [2] for reference material surfaced in this meeting.
Action Items
- [ ] Design team to continue iterating on Doodla Farms landing page mock-ups
- [ ] Ben to review mock-ups and coordinate feedback
- [ ] Implement UTM parameters on all CTAs once pages are built and live
