Active Projects

Website — Phase 1 (Complete)

Core site launched. Branding, structure, and marketing materials (flyers, PDFs in Illustrator) finalized. Client is satisfied with design and output.

Website — Phase 2 (Paused)

Planned additions: resource center, company portals, event management. On hold pending GVA partnership requirements. GVA wants to announce partnership before quarter-end (~15 days from 2026-03-16). FinWellU branding and core structure will remain unchanged regardless of GVA input.

Registration Form Fix (In Progress)

Help text to be added to the "Company Website" field clarifying its purpose (routing users to their company portal). Assigned to Karly/Melissa. Edge case handled: companies without a website can use a placeholder name as a routing code.

Trade Show Booth (Upcoming)

New high-resolution back screen needed for an upcoming trade show. Design support available from Asymmetric; can pull elements from existing files or build from sketch. May require updated branding depending on GVA outcome.

Onboarding SLA

Type Turnaround
Standard (new company or event) 3–4 business days
Urgent (e.g., mass layoff notification) Same-day

Event schedules are typically planned annually in January, so 3–4 day turnaround is generally sufficient. Future goal: self-service event management portal for company reps.
