Full-lifecycle remediation job management app replacing MarketSharp. Core workflow:
Lead → Customer → Site Survey → AI-Generated Estimate → Approved Estimate → Job → Invoice
Key modules:
- Customers / CRM — Currently under redesign; proposed overhaul to replace simple Customers tab with full CRM (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities sub-tabs)
- Site Surveys — Mobile-first field data collection; currently broken/unstable, Mark actively fixing
- Estimates — AI-generated from site survey data; editable and approvable by office manager
- Jobs — Scheduled from approved estimates; crew allocation and resource tracking
- Invoices — Generated on job completion; planned QuickBooks integration
- Calendar — Shows scheduled jobs; surveys may be added
- Settings — Pricing tables, team roles, notifications, appearance/white-labeling, QuickBooks connection
Replace the existing "Customers" tab with a full CRM modeled loosely on HubSpot, including:
- Accounts — B2B companies (e.g., property management firms)
- Contacts — Individual people linked to accounts
- Opportunities — Pre-job pipeline tracking
- Jobs — Linked from approved estimates
Karly to define the field/tab structure; Mark to build. See [1] for full discussion.
Gina's existing estimate/pricing spreadsheets need to be integrated into the app's Settings → Pricing module (labor rates, equipment rates, materials, disposal costs, travel).
Planned connection between HazardOS invoices and QuickBooks. Not yet implemented.
SMS capability is built into the app. UI for send email / send text / call actions on contact records is planned but not yet surfaced.
