The JBF project has grown beyond its original scope. What began as a single-page SEO engagement has expanded into a full website redesign, driven by the need to create new pages that did not previously exist. As of the October 22 sync, the homepage and service page are actively in design and development.
The project was originally scoped as a one-pager with an SEO focus. However, the SEO strategy requires pages that don't yet exist on the site, making it necessary to design and build them from scratch. This effectively constitutes a full redesign rather than a simple optimization pass.
