Shine Google Ads Proposal Structure (2025-11-04)
Overview
Shine is a construction cleaning company owned by Melissa, who also runs [1] (therapy services). As of the 2025-11-04 Paul/Seb sync, Sebastian is building a Google Ads strategy proposal for Shine ahead of a Friday client meeting. The proposal structure is modeled after the Overhead Meta Ads document — a Miro board-style structured layout used to present campaign architecture before build-out begins.
Campaign build-out will not begin until the proposal is reviewed and approved by Melissa.
Proposal Approach
- Format: Structured proposal document (Miro board style), similar to the Overhead Meta Ads proposal
- Purpose: Present the planned Google Ads campaign architecture to Melissa for approval before any build begins
- Meeting: Friday (week of 2025-11-04) — Sebastian presenting to Melissa
"I'm putting together like a proposed structure for their Google Ads... I'm going to do one like this for that construction cleaning company. That's what I'll show her on Friday. But once that's like approved, we'll start building those out."
— Sebastian Gant, 2025-11-04
Key Decisions
- Google Ads is the chosen channel for Shine (construction cleaning side); the website is in better shape than New Dawn's, so paid search can move forward sooner
- Proposal must be approved before campaign build-out begins
- Sebastian owns the proposal creation; Paul will be pulled in for build-out once approved
