Client: [1]
Attendees: Melissa Cusumano (Asymmetric), Sebastian Gant (Asymmetric), Katie Geiser (A New Dawn Therapy)
Meeting type: Progress review
Mid-project check-in on the Elementor website rebuild for A New Dawn Therapy. The scope has evolved from an SEO/ads engagement into a full site rebuild, confirmed to be within the existing contract. The live site is already generating inbound leads despite being unfinished, validating the SEO strategy. The meeting surfaced design decisions, content blockers, and a HIPAA compliance question around the contact form.
| Decision | Detail |
|---|---|
| Primary color → yellow | Pink felt too feminine and potentially exclusionary. The muted "mustardy" yellow from the brand guide will replace pink for section bands. |
| Font → bolder style | Changed from the original thin/elegant font to a bolder, more readable option. Katie approved, prioritizing readability. |
| Google Map → Contact Us page only | Map will not appear in the footer or on every page; it belongs on the Contact Us page exclusively. |
| Footer standardized | Footer will be consistent across all pages; Pride flag to be added back. |
| Contact Us page = top priority | Site is live and generating leads; building out the Contact Us page immediately is the highest-priority task. |
The current site uses Gravity Forms, but its HIPAA compliance status is not straightforward — it depends on the hosting environment and the specific data collected.
Katie has a signed BAA with Google Workspace, making Google Forms a confirmed-compliant option. She has already placed the Google Form URL in the SEO copy document.
Open item: Melissa to research Gravity Forms' HIPAA compliance requirements and compare against Google Forms before a final decision is made.
"I recently learned that WPForms, like collecting potential client data, isn't HIPAA compliant and to use Google Forms instead." — Katie Geiser
Sebastian previously suggested linking to Indeed rather than building a custom job board. Katie has one active (non-sponsored) Indeed posting and also created a Google Form for applicants to submit resumes.
Open item: Melissa to confirm with Sebastian whether the plan is a simple button link to Indeed or a more complex integration.
