The target contact list has not been cleaned prior to launch. The client (Parag) expressed concern about mass-sending from his domain, and list hygiene is required to protect domain reputation.
Several emails in the sequence include a call-to-action to "schedule a meeting," but the client's calendar link was never inserted. These CTAs are currently non-functional.
The exact email sending mechanism is unclear. The campaign was originally designed for manual "click to send" by the sender, but the client requested full automation. It is not confirmed whether emails will route through Account Engagement, a custom Salesforce app, or another platform.
Mark needs to review the process notes and configuration files to determine:
- What platform/tool is sending the emails
- What domain the emails originate from
- Whether the sending domain is properly configured (separate from the client's primary domain)
