During the Q2 OKR planning meeting on 2026-02-26, Mark revealed that only ~50 of PaperTube's 200+ accounts had existing strategy documentation — far fewer than previously assumed. To close that gap, he deployed an agent swarm of 25 simultaneous AI agents to generate strategy documents across all remaining accounts.

This effort was running live during the meeting and serves as the primary proof-of-concept for the broader AI-generated OKR process being rolled out to all Asymmetric clients in Q2.

Context

Mark had initially believed strategy documents existed for all or most of PaperTube's accounts. The discovery that only ~50 were covered prompted the immediate swarm deployment rather than waiting for a scheduled run.

"I was wrong. Of those 100, 200 and some odd accounts, we only had strategy documents on about 50 of them... right now, I've got an agent swarm running. And I think there's 25 of them going right now. It's taking about four minutes per account."

The swarm approach is the same underlying agent used for all client OKR generation — it analyzes SEO data, ad performance, and website state to suggest strategic focus areas. PaperTube's scale made it the first large-scale stress test of the multi-agent configuration.

PaperTube is also the first client running the [1] at scale. As of this meeting, the system was sending 250 outbound emails per week fully automated through Salesforce, with no manual effort required from the client. The strategy docs generated by the swarm feed directly into this pipeline.
