Overview

As of the January 8, 2026 sprint planning meeting, the Cora Italia website project is in a holding pattern, awaiting client-provided assets and content. The project was discussed briefly during the meeting between Melissa Cusumano and Karly Oykhman ahead of Karly's scheduled call with the client.

Current Status

Blocked — Awaiting Client Assets

The team has not received the project assets or content needed to move forward. The last outbound communication from the team was on December 17, when Melissa sent the staging site link and a Google Doc outline to the client. No response or materials had been received as of the meeting date.

Content Workflow

The agreed content process for this project is:

1. Team provides a structured outline for each page (complete)
2. Client drafts page content based on the outline
3. Team performs a final review and polish pass before publishing

Melissa noted that the About page is the only page with fully written copy at this stage. All other pages have structural outlines with placeholder content indicating what each section should contain.

• Karly confirmed she had not received any content or assets from the client prior to her January 8 call with them
• Melissa indicated she planned to write additional copy by Friday if needed, but the preferred approach is for the client to draft first
