Quarra Stone's Google Ads account is managed via direct manager access, not through the "Get Found Madison" MCC. As a result, Quarra Stone is not affected by the MCC access failure discovered during the Mark & Karly check-in on 2026-04-05.
During a routine check-in, Mark discovered that the "Get Found Madison" Manager Account (MCC) had become inaccessible. The error returned was a "user permission denied" message, indicating that the Google account behind the OAuth token no longer has access to the MCC. Restoring access requires an admin on the MCC to log in and renew permissions.
Several client accounts are blocked from ad management and reporting as a result. See [1] for full details on the incident.
Quarra Stone added Asymmetric as a direct manager on their Google Ads account. This means the account is accessible via the Asymmetric team profile in Google Ads without routing through the Get Found Madison MCC.
During the incident, Mark confirmed the following accounts remained accessible via direct manager access:
Note: The transcript references "Doodla Farms" as one of the directly accessible accounts. Confirm whether this maps to Quarra Stone or is a separate client entry.
The following clients are blocked by the MCC outage and require resolution:
