Payment Follow-up — Cora Italia

Overview

Two open items for Cora Italia surfaced in the 2025-12-05 weekly sync: an unresolved failed payment and a Salesforce email footer fix that unblocks automation work.

Failed Payment

Frederica (Cora Italia contact) had previously committed to sending bank details explaining why a payment failed. As of the December 5 call, that information had not arrived.

Action: Karly to follow up with Lincoln (primary contact) on Monday to obtain the payment failure details and resolve the outstanding balance.

The Salesforce email footer was missing a working unsubscribe link, which was blocking Raphael from building out automations (required for CAN-SPAM compliance). During the call, Mark and Karly worked through the template HTML and confirmed the Salesforce variable ({{unsubscribe_link}} or equivalent) is now correctly resolving to go.arkot.com/unsubscribe.

Status: ✅ Fixed — unsubscribe link is functional in the email footer.

Follow-on Tasks

"The only thing is the unsubscribed page is really ugly. I don't guess it matters today, but what we probably should do is create an HTML version."
