B-Roll Production — Three Gaits Videos

Overview

During the ^[1], Mark identified a need for a library of short, silent B-roll clips sourced from two existing Three Gaits Vimeo videos. These clips will be used as versatile visual assets for web pages and other digital content.

Both videos are hosted on the Three Gaits Vimeo account:

Note: The client name appears as "Three Gates" in the meeting transcript but is filed here as "Three Gaits" per the filing plan path. Confirm correct spelling with client record.

Production Specifications

• Clip length: 15–30 seconds each
• Content: Silent B-roll only — no scenes with people talking
• Examples: horses walking, people smiling, people standing and interacting
• Format: Web-optimized — high enough resolution to look sharp, low enough file size to load efficiently (Lukash to determine exact encoding settings)
• Output: All clips saved to a shared folder

Task Assignment

Assigned to: Lukash

• Cut as many usable B-roll segments as possible from both source videos
• Exclude any footage where subjects are speaking
• Export in web-ready format
• Save all clips to the designated shared folder

Access & Dependencies

• Vimeo access: Melissa to create a Vimeo user account for Lukash (or share login credentials)
• This is a prerequisite before Lukash can begin work
