BluepointATM Logo Trademark Update
Overview
BluePoint ATM has completed federal registration of its primary logo mark, requiring an update from ™ (trademark claim) to ® (registered trademark) across all brand assets. The tagline was registered separately and retains its ™ designation. This update was confirmed during the [1].

The distinction matters legally: ® indicates a mark that has been granted federal registration by the USPTO, while ™ signals a claimed but unregistered mark. Using ® prematurely is a federal offense, so the update should only be applied to the logo mark itself — not the tagline.

The update must be applied comprehensively. Priority order is website and state pages first (actively in development), then collateral.

Key Rules to Follow
- Logo mark → ® only. Do not change the tagline.
- Tagline → ™ remains. The tagline was trademarked separately and has not been federally registered.
- Conference sheets from September 2025 are one-time assets and do not need updating.
- When in doubt about a specific asset, confirm with Mike or Wade before publishing.
