Adava Care CallRail Setup
Overview
CallRail is being implemented across all Adava Care locations to enable call attribution as part of the [1] Q1 2025 SEO strategy. The setup assigns static tracking numbers per location and includes backend configuration changes for each site. Accurate attribution data is essential for evaluating the 90-day SEO plan's impact on lead generation.
Implementation Details
- Approach: Location-by-location rollout — static phone numbers updated in CallRail for each facility, plus backend configuration changes per location
- Status at time of meeting (Dec 17, 2024): In progress; main line and a couple of locations already completed
- Target completion: End of day December 22, 2024

Purpose Within Q1 SEO Strategy
CallRail setup is the top priority item in Phase 1 (Days 1–30) of the [3]. Once live, it provides:
- Lead attribution: Connects inbound calls to specific organic, paid, or referral sources
- PPC validation: Supplements existing Google Ads conversion data with call-level detail
- SEO measurement: By Phase 3 (Days 61–90, ~March), enough attribution data should exist to evaluate organic traffic impact from new location pages and blog content
- Q2 planning input: Call volume and source data will inform recommendations for the next quarter
