Adava Care Marketing Materials — Brochures, Folders & QR Codes
Overview
As of October 2025, Adava Care has completed production and begun distributing a new suite of branded marketing collateral, including brochures and presentation folders. The materials represent a significant step forward in brand presentation under the Adava Care name. Outstanding issues include QR code destination errors and pending folder inserts.
This work was discussed during the [1].
Collateral Status
Brochures
- Status: Distributed and in active use across communities.
- Kari Krause (Regional Director) confirmed brochures are out and being used by staff.
Presentation Folders
- Status: Distributed; inserts pending resolution.
- The printed folder design was praised by both Kari and Melissa — described as "gorgeous" and "beautiful."
- Inserts for the folders are in production; cost estimates were sent to Kari on or around the meeting date (2025-10-08).
- Open item: Resolve insert content/production issues before folders are fully complete.
QR Code Issues
Problem
QR codes printed on the cards/materials are functional (scannable) but are routing users to incorrect destination pages:
- Oak Creek QR code lands on a star/review page rather than the community landing page.
- One location (possibly Wabash or Glendale) lands on a multi-community listing page, requiring the user to scroll to find the correct community.
Suspected Cause
An earlier hypothesis was that missing reviews may have caused redirect issues, but as of the meeting all locations have reviews. The root cause was not fully resolved during the call.
Resolution Path
- Kari to click through all QR codes, document which ones land incorrectly, and send examples to Melissa.
- Melissa and Kari to connect later in the week to work through fixes.
- Each QR code should route directly to its specific community page.
Branding Alignment
The new materials are branded under Adava Care. However, some external directory listings (e.g., A Place for Mom) still reference legacy names Willowbrook and Matthews.
- Kari volunteered to contact each directory platform directly to update listings to Adava Care.
- Kurosh noted that each platform has its own (often cumbersome) access process.
