This account follows the same onboarding pattern as other wholesale accounts, with manual creation required due to the current state of the B2B portal (self-service account creation not yet fully enabled).

Tony Sterling's pricing was confirmed to match the Marty Travis pricing tier. Sherry confirmed this verbally during the call and committed to sending the price list directly to Tony.

Onboarding Process

At the time of this account's creation, the B2B portal did not support fully self-service account registration. The process used was:

1. Manual account creation — Karly to create the account directly in the backend rather than sending Tony a self-registration link.
2. Price list delivery — Sherry to email Tony his price list same-day (January 9).
3. Wholesale tracking sheet — Tony to be added to the shared Doudlah Wholesaler Information spreadsheet.

Note: Future B2B accounts should be able to self-register via a direct link once the portal is fully configured. This account was an exception handled manually.
