Agility Course Development Status & Timeline
Overview
As of December 11, 2025, the Agility e-learning project is in late-stage development. 7 of 11 modules are near-final, with the remaining 4 blocked by a software compatibility issue. The soft launch target is January 10–11, timed to coincide with a client training session, though the client (Gus) has indicated flexibility given that new hires aren't expected until February or March.

Status |
| 7 of 11 |
Near-final; minor revisions from Gus being incorporated |
| 4 of 11 |
Blocked — require Storyline (PC-only) |
Storyline Blocker
Articulate Storyline is a PC-only desktop application and cannot run on macOS. Isalia's primary machine is a Mac, creating a development blocker for the 4 remaining modules.
Workaround being tested: Install Storyline on a shared PC (Isalia's husband's laptop) to unblock development. If this fails, procuring a dedicated PC may be required.
Next step for Storyline: Once access is resolved, Raphael (currently assisting with Rise course development) will be brought in to help with Storyline module builds as well.
- Isalia Ramirez — Lead course developer; building modules in Rise and coordinating with client (Gus)
- Raphael — Supporting Rise course development; learning the tool in-process; planned to assist with Storyline once access is resolved
- Mark Hope — Project oversight; reviewing video scripts from Gus
- Tools: Articulate Rise (7 modules), Articulate Storyline (4 modules pending)

Key Decisions
- Soft launch target is aspirational. Gus confirmed he is not under pressure for the Jan 10/11 date; the real deadline is when new hires arrive (Feb–Mar).
- Video production strategy shifted. Original plan was to collect remote video submissions from participants. Updated plan: record in-person video and B-roll during the January training session, taking advantage of participants being gathered in agility attire.
- Participant & Facilitator Guides will be AI-generated. Once all course content is finalized, guides will be produced by feeding the completed modules into an AI tool. No manual authoring required.
- Scope boundary established. Work beyond the current proposal (e.g., version 2 revisions, additional modules) will require a new proposal and fee. Client relationship is strong — Gus's CEO is a personal contact of Mark's — so continued engagement is expected.
