The "Prospecting and Research" module describes a prospecting process that has since changed — reps no longer self-direct their prospecting approach; the process is now prescribed. The module content is therefore outdated but contains reusable material.
Decision: Place on hold. Do not delete. Revisit when the new process is stable enough to document.
Apply globally across all Rise360 modules:
| Old Term | New Term |
|---|---|
| Agility Planner | My Agility |
| Cyber Security / Cyber Security | Cyber Resilience |
| Vendor | Salesperson |
| Customer | Member or Prospect |
When finalizing each module, verify:
- [ ] Capitalization consistent (titles, roles, key terms)
- [ ] Bold, hyphens, and punctuation applied consistently
- [ ] Acronyms defined on first use
- [ ] Terminology updated (see table above)
- [ ] "What You'll Learn" present and concise
- [ ] External links replaced with Co-Pilot note where applicable
- [ ] Asset examples use type names, not unit numbers
- [ ] Pictures, quotes, and case studies added where content is thin
Agility's marketing team has a long-term graphic designer (7+ years) who owns all brand assets — website, collateral, marketing materials. This designer was not initially looped in.
Decision: Pause custom visual development. Gus has shared existing examples and the Asymmetric-produced visuals with the graphic designer, who will produce course visuals that match the website look and feel. Asymmetric will incorporate those assets once delivered.
All product names are being renamed due to a copyright conflict. Affected names include:
- Ready Power
- Ready Fuel
- Ready [other variants]
- MRC / MRU designations
Impact: Course content referencing these product names will require an update pass once new names are finalized. For V1, use generic asset-type language (MRC, generator) rather than brand names where possible to reduce future rework.
