Email outreach campaigns targeting existing contacts in the American Extractions database, segmented by product interest (ClearMix vs. Stick Pack). Campaigns are sequenced weekly on Tuesdays and tracked for lead quality.
Campaign Structure
Stick Pack Campaign
- Targeting contacts not tagged as ClearMix in the database
- Sequenced weekly on Tuesdays — three total sends
- First send already deployed as of the Oct 13 meeting; second send scheduled for Oct 14
- Two additional sends to follow on subsequent Tuesdays
ClearMix Campaign
- Draft nearly complete as of Oct 13; to be sent to Asymmetric for build-out later that week
- ClearMix-tagged contacts are excluded from Stick Pack sends to avoid cross-contamination
- Mark Schweiger noted he owed feedback on the ClearMix draft
Self-Segmenting Campaign
- In development as of Oct 13
- Designed to let contacts self-identify product interest, reducing the need for manual tagging

Segmentation Logic

- Contacts not tagged ClearMix → eligible for Stick Pack campaign
- Self-segmenting campaign (in development) will allow contacts to opt into the relevant product track
