To protect PaperTube's primary domain sender reputation, all outbound marketing emails will be sent from a dedicated subdomain: papertube.pro. This isolates cold/marketing traffic from the main papertube.co domain, reducing the risk of deliverability degradation if marketing sends generate spam complaints or low engagement.
This setup was decided during the [1] and is a prerequisite for launching the Account Engagement email campaigns tied to the [2].

The leads being emailed are sourced from third-party data (not inbound opt-ins), making this effectively a cold outreach list. Sending cold campaigns from the primary papertube.co domain risks:
