- Clarify with Federica which contacts should be added to Salesforce vs. used for this mailing only
Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) is used rather than a direct send because it enables:
- Delivery to the full contact list in a single send
- Engagement tracking — click-through rates, open rates, and individual contact activity
- Consistent sender identity tied to Quarra's Salesforce instance
