A 1-pound size was considered but dismissed as too small.
The key insight driving this decision is that a 2-pound bag can reuse the same printing plate as the 6-pound bag, avoiding the cost of commissioning a new plate. The label will appear proportionally larger on the smaller bag, but the design remains functional and no additional plate setup fee is required.
