The Tier 1 ABM email campaign is a phased, automated outreach program targeting 50 high-priority accounts from a curated list of 250 total prospects. Each email is individually personalized using account-level research compiled in strategy documents. The campaign runs automatically via a daily cron job and is tracked end-to-end in Salesforce.
The Tier 1 launch is designed to generate performance data before expanding the same methodology to Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts.

All 250 accounts have personalized email content drafted. Tier 2 and 3 will either receive the same personalized treatment or a segmented-by-vertical drip, depending on Tier 1 outcomes.
parag@papertube.pro (not the primary papertube.co domain)The campaign uses the papertube.pro domain — a purpose-bought sending domain — to protect the primary papertube.co inbox from deliverability damage caused by bounces, unsubscribes, or spam flags. The .pro domain redirects to the main site so any recipient who types it into a browser lands correctly.
A server-side cron job runs daily at 8:00 AM and sends all emails scheduled for that day. No manual intervention is required once activated.
Emails queued with past scheduled dates will all send on the day the automation is first activated (batch catch-up), then revert to daily cadence.
Parag can optionally send manually each morning by:
1. Opening the "Today's Actions" view in Salesforce
2. Reviewing each queued email
3. Clicking Send on each record individually
This takes approximately 10 minutes per day and gives full visibility into exactly what is going out.

This allows Parag to see, for example, that a prospect opened two emails before calling — providing context for the conversation.
Type = CustomerType field — set to ProspectThe primary CTA in each email is a Calendly booking link to schedule a consultation. Some emails also invite a direct reply to start a conversation. The CTA approach will be evaluated after Tier 1 results come in — if engagement is low, a more prominent or compelling CTA may be tested.
