Active Blockers

Lammary — Staging/Gmail Integration (Chris)

Chris is blocked on the Lammary project because the staging site's domain does not match the domain registered with Google/Gmail. This prevents OAuth-style connections from completing, making it impossible to test the Bookly ↔ Gmail/Google integration or the Bookly ↔ Square integration from staging.

Proposed resolution: Mark suggested creating a dummy live domain with its own G Suite account to serve as a proper test environment. This is a known limitation of staging environments — DNS records don't align, which breaks email and e-commerce integrations broadly.

American Extractions — Google Ads Generating No Impressions (Gilbert)

Google Ads campaigns for American Extractions are live but producing zero impressions. Gilbert was attempting to create a new campaign using the Team Asymmetric email account but was locked out of LastPass due to too many failed attempts, further delaying the fix.

Owner: Gilbert — will retry campaign creation once LastPass access is restored.

Big Millie — Amazon Listings Not Showing (Gilbert)

Two Amazon product listings for Big Millie have disappeared or are not displaying. This is a recurring issue. Gilbert plans to contact Amazon Seller Support directly.

Karly — Typeset Access

Karly needs access to Typeset for content creation (eGuides for American Extractions, Quora Stones). The subscription had lapsed.

Resolution: Mark confirmed he will reactivate Typeset.

Projects in Progress

Three Gates — Capital Campaign Landing Page

A new single-page landing page is needed for Three Gates' capital campaign. Project materials (brief, assets) are in the Shared Drive under Projects → Three Gates → Capital Campaign.

Didion Milling — Culinary Landing Page Form Integration ⚠️ URGENT

A new culinary landing page (sample request form) is built and technically live. It needs form integrations completed before a press kit goes out to retail contacts in the Chicago and Madison area. The launch was already delayed one week due to the build timeline.

What's needed:
1. Zapier → Google Sheets connection — Chris has connected the form to Zapier but needs a destination Google Sheet. Melissa is reaching out to Diana (client contact) to provide or create the sheet.
2. Email notifications — Two notifications needed: (a) admin/internal notification on submission, (b) confirmation email to the person submitting. Chris will model these after the existing Snack Meal form setup.
3. Fallback: Even without the Google Sheets connection, Gravity Forms will capture all submissions locally — no data will be lost if the Zapier integration isn't ready at launch.

Deadline: Within 24 hours (by Tuesday–Wednesday, 2025-10-07/08).
