Sprint 10 Workload Balancing & Task Adjustments

Overview

During the Sprint 10 kickoff meeting, the team conducted a workload review across key team members. The session was complicated by ClickUp migration issues (duplicate tasks, dropped assignees) that made the workload view partially unreliable, but the team worked through priorities and adjustments in real time. See [1] for the full context on the migration problems.
